- Began a workout regimen and went from zero activity to 5-6 days of hard training, Go hard or stay soft - my new mantra.
- Started weight training...the first day I literally cried in the studio mostly due to the fact that I let myself go so long without caring for me.
- Went from using body weight with squats and lounges to 55+pounds.
- Ran my highest sprint at 7.7 mph.
- Lost a total of 20lbs depending on the day and scale, LOL!!!
- Learned to forget what the scale say and rely on my performance as a measurement for success.
- Can venture up the stairs without huffing and puffing - totally took this for granted.
- Have been working on my Core to stabilize my recurring lower back pain.
- Have been able to shoot around the basketball with my boy without stopping. Yay!!!!
- Have use the Adaptive Motion Trainer - going from 1-4 intervals to now 10-20 and 15-20 HIIT intervals.
- Have began to accept what God allows...
- Have recommitted myself to the "I know" things will work out rather "I think" they will.
- Have accepted that church and relationship with Christ are two different things.
- Have accepted my past history with church and Christianity as my foundation and saving grace.
- Have realized that its not the church, pastor or how many services I attend but more of the relationship and exchange with God for accountability.
- I have begin to realize that I will never be perfect in his eyes...but he will always be perfecting ME.
- I am human and sin daily but his grace and mercy keeps me.
- Prayer life is important even when I don't know what to say...he hears and heard my cry.
- Found out that I had a major influence on my husband deepening his connection and relationship with God, what a gift?!?!
- When all else fails pray until something happen and It DID!!! Thank you God!
