I am on a journey to discover the New Me...

100 Changes in 100 Days...

  1. Began a workout regimen and went from zero activity to 5-6 days of hard training, Go hard or stay soft - my new mantra.
  2. Started weight training...the first day I literally cried in the studio mostly due to the fact that I let myself go so long without caring for me.
  3. Went from using body weight with squats and lounges to 55+pounds.
  4. Ran my highest sprint at 7.7 mph.
  5. Lost a total of 20lbs depending on the day and scale, LOL!!!
  6. Learned to forget what the scale say and rely on my performance as a measurement for success.
  7. Can venture up the stairs without huffing and puffing - totally took this for granted.
  8. Have been working on my Core to stabilize my recurring lower back pain.
  9. Have been able to shoot around the basketball with my boy without stopping. Yay!!!!
  10. Have use the Adaptive Motion Trainer - going from 1-4 intervals to now 10-20 and 15-20 HIIT intervals.
  11. Have began to accept what God allows...
  12. Have recommitted myself to the "I know" things will work out rather "I think" they will.
  13. Have accepted that church and relationship with Christ are two different things.
  14. Have accepted my past history with church and Christianity as my foundation and saving grace.
  15. Have realized that its not the church, pastor or how many services I attend but more of the relationship and exchange with God for accountability.
  16. I have begin to realize that I will never be perfect in his eyes...but he will always be perfecting ME.
  17. I am human and sin daily but his grace and mercy keeps me.
  18. Prayer life is important even when I don't know what to say...he hears and heard my cry.
  19. Found out that I had a major influence on my husband deepening his connection and relationship with God, what a gift?!?!
  20. When all else fails pray until something happen and It DID!!! Thank you God!
